Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Description

1.1. By subscribing to Blukers (“blukers_workers_subscription_premium” or “blukers_workers_subscription_premium_plus”), you agree to these Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). The Service provides access to more exposure in our app as well as removing app feature limits such as the number of jobs you can apply.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1. We offer multiple subscription plans, including but not limited to monthly, and annual subscriptions, each with its own pricing and features.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account depending on what platform you are on upon confirmation of your subscription.

3.2. You agree to pay the subscription fees as described in the app or on our website.

4. Auto-Renewal

4.1. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

4.2. The subscription renewal will be charged to your Apple or Google account depending on what platform you are on account.

5. Cancellation

5.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings if you are on web, Settings and Subscriptions if you are on iOS and similar with Android.

5.2. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent renewals.

6. Refunds

6.1. We do not provide refunds for subscription fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.

7. Changes to Subscription Plans

7.1. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans, pricing, or features with advance notice to you.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
